This is an application for intervention filed by the complainant in CR No.239 of 2015 registered with Panvel Police Station, Navi Muambai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Revision Application No.375 of 2015 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served on the learned Counsel for the original complainant in the stipulated period.
