These writ petitions in which the interim applications have been filed are already disposed of on merits. However, in so far as the security to be provided is concerned, the following observations were made:- "11. The challenge to the impugned order on merits is dismissed. However, the impugned order of security to be provided is reduced in the interest of justice. The orders passed by the Appellate Tribunal are modified to the extent that the Petitioner should provide the security for 30% amount out of imposed penalty within a period of three months from today in each of the Petition."

Today these applications have been filed seeking extension of time as also for other prayers. No relief in a disposed of petitions can be granted.

In the circumstances, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings to pursue the cause of action as being agitated in these interim applications.

Interim applications stand accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners. All contentions are kept open. 5.
Disposed of. No costs.
