1] Since the offence for which two applicants are apprehending arrest in CR No.1023/2022 registered with MIDC Police Staiton for the offence under Section 406, 420 read with 34 of the IPC, let the Investigating Officer issue notice to the Applicants under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C.

The notice shall be issued on the address mentioned in the title clause.

(910-911)ABA-2972-2974.doc 2] Upon receipt of the notice, the Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today. Upon their presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and record reasons in case if he comes at a conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicants is very much necessary for completing the investigation. He shall also issue 72 hours notice in advance in case if he is desirous of effecting arrest.
