ORAL JUDGMENT (PER SMT. V.K. TAHILRAMANI, J.):- Heard both sides. The case of the petitioner is that he is facing trial in Sessions Case No.115/2014 (R.C.C.No.506/2014) which is pending before the Sessions Court at Alibaug. The prayer of the petitioner is that the trial in the said case be expedited and he may be granted bail in the said case.

Learned APP pointed out that by order dated 28th July, 2017 in the bail application preferred by the petitioner, this Court has already expedited the trial in Sessions Case No.115/2014. Learned 1/2

Gurav, Panvel Taluka Police Station further pointed out that not only the charge in the said case has been framed but in fact four witnesses have already been examined in the said case and the trial is likely to be over in the couple of months. In this view of the matter, no case is made out for the grant of bail and as stated earlier, the trial is expected to get over in the couple of months, hence no further orders are necessary. Hence rule is discharged.
