Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the instant application. Leave granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and it stands dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

It is reported that bail applications filed by Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 [being R. A. Nos.188 of 2015 and 189 of 2015] are pending since last one month and are being adjourned from time to time. It is further reported that those applications are placed on board on 30th October 2015. The learned Sessions Judge, 12th Court, Dindoshi, before whom above bail applications are pending is requested to decide those applications as far as possible as on 30th October 2015 itself or at any rate within next three days. 3.

Needless to state that we have not at all gone into merits of the matter.
