The Applicant is seeking intervention in the writ petition and also a direction to the original Petitioner to amend the petition. Writ petition is filed by the accused for quashing the proceedings of charge-sheet. Charge-sheet is filed pursuant to the report lodged by the present Applicant. The Applicant being aggrieved party is entitled to be heard in the writ petition. We accordingly grant him a right of audience at the time of final hearing of the writ petition. However, prayer clause (b) cannot be granted. That prayer is refused. Application is partly allowed.
