By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No.2 Tahsildar to decide his application dated 8.9.2016 for correction of error in the Record of Rights of the Petitioner. According to the Petitioner, inspite of lapse of more than a year, said application has not been considered and decided.
