Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for some time.

Learned counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw these applications. Learned Counsel further submits that, the applicants are behind bar more than one and half years and yet charges are framed. The main accused, who provided keys of the office of Petrol Pump, has been released on bail by the Sessions

35-36-BA-3395-2022.doc Court. Hence requested liberty be given to the applicant to file fresh bail application, if the trial has not commenced within a period of six months.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicants, applications are allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed off with liberty as prayed for.

Both the applications stand disposed off.
