The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay pending the above First Appeal. The Appellant Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount which is to the tune of Rs.4,36,320/- in the office of the Commissioner, Workmen's Compensation. In view thereof, the ad-interim relief which is operating in favour of the Applicant/Appellant is confirmed. The same would operate pending the hearing and final disposal of the above First Appeal. The Civil Application is disposed of. The Respondent No.2 who is the mother of the deceased would be at liberty to file an application for withdrawal which would be considered on its own merits.
