1] Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

2] This application is preferred by the Applicant-Original Claimant seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation of her share.

3] It is submitted that other claimants i.e. Respondent Nos.2 and 4 have already withdrawn the amount of their share to the extent of 25%.

4] In view thereof, the Applicant-Original Claimant is also permitted to withdraw the amount of her share to the extent of 25%, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.
