Heard. The application is filed seeking transfer of investigation from Khed Police Station to any other independent investigating agency. Mr. Saste, learned APP for the State tendered copy of the report dated 7th April 2015 submitted by Police Inspector, Khed Police Station. He submitted that the Petitioner's complaint is registered as an FIR / CR.No.186 of 2013 for the offence punishable under sections 315 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. He submitted that investigation into the said FIR is already over and appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Magistrate/Court within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

We have seen the report dated 7th April 2015 made by the Police Inspector, Khed Police Station. We are satisfied that no case is made out for interference at the hands of this Court in exercise of powers under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
