Perused the Civil Application. Sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay of 14 days in filing the First appeal. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned. Place the First appeal on board as per its C.M.I.S date, after all office objections are removed. Liberty to apply for an earlier date in case of any urgency.
