Challenge in this petition is to the issuance of non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Magistrate in a Criminal Complaint bearing No.271/PW/2004 pending before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court Esplanade at Mumbai by order dated 27th October, 2021.

The petitioner has filed application for cancellation of nonbailable warrant on 17th October, 2022. The said application is pending.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the learned learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate 47th Court Esplanade at Mumbai to decide the application dated 17th October, 2022 filed by the petitioner for cancellation of non-bailable warrant in accordance with law. 4.

In case the order on application dated 17th October, 2022 is
