Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that prayer clauses A and B of the writ petition are still survived and writ petition has not become infructuous.

Perused prayer clauses A and B. It would clearly indicate that the petitioners seek certain directions to respondent nos.2 and 3 to sanction the posts for the Academic Years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15. 3.
