The applicants have committed breach of the previous order. Three cheques were deposited with the Registry of this Court. The applicants had submitted three cheques to the tune of Rs. 15 Lakhs. Two cheques have dishonoured.

By an order dated 22/12/2017 it was made clear that the applicants shall deposit the remainder amount of Rs. 15,60,000/- on or before 31/1/2018. Office note shows that said amount has not Talwalkar 1/2

It was made clear that upon failure to deposit the rest of the amount of Rs. 15,60,000/-, interim relief granted in favour of the applicant shall stand vacated without further reference to the court. In view of this, interim relief is vacated. Needless to say that by vacation of interim relief, application seeking pre-arrest bail also stands disposed of as rejected.

In view of the disposal of ABA No. 1804/2017, nothing survives in the Criminal Application No. 1128/2017. The same is also disposed of accordingly.
