Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner on the question of admission. Issue notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondents. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties finally. 3.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that on 25th May, 2015 the representation (Exhibit C) was submitted to the Collector, Satara in regard to the declaration that the Petitioner's deceased father is entitled to allotment of land admeasuring 6.47 hectare at village Asu, Vishal Parekar 1/2

30-wp-11128-2015 Tal. Phaltan, Dist. Satara. The Petitioner submits that in spite of more than a year, the Collector, Satara has not taken any decision on the said representation.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Collector, Satara to examine the Petitioner's grievance as reflected in the representation dated 25th May, 2015 (Exhibit C) and take appropriate decision on it after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. The decision as aforesaid be taken as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner to appear before the Collector, Satara on 4th November, 2016 at 3.00 p.m.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
