By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking restoration of the Cross Objection (St) No.3183 of 2016 which suffered dismissal on account of non compliance of the order dated 19/9/2016 passed by the Registrar Judicial (II). Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the defects mentioned in the said order

Keeping in view the aforesaid and taking the note of the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for the applicant in not removing the office objections within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and order restoration of the Cross Objection (St) No.3183 of 2016 to its original number.
