The aforesaid applications are for cancellation of anticipatory bail in C.R. No.I-130 of 2014 registered with Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai. Learned Counsel for the Respondent submitted that, after completion of investigation, the police have already submitted 'B-Summary Report' in the Court of JMFC, Panvel and learned Magistrate has already issued notice to the complainant in that behalf.
