2] With consent of the learned counsel for both the parties, the mutual and amicable settlement is arrived at, as regards to the access of the child during Diwali Vacation. It is decided that the Petitioner will have the access of daughter Aarna in the Children Complex, Family Court, Mumbai on 28/10/2017 to 31/10/2017 in between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and on 19/10/2017 & 20/10/2017 in 1/2

3] It is clarified that, the Respondent-mother will bring and drop the child in the Children Complex of Family Court, Mumbai during above said days and pick up the child after the access is over and the same arrangement will continue for access at society premises where the Respondent is residing.
