Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this intervention application has been filed by the applicant who is the original complainant in MECR No.2/2014 registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai with a view to espouse his cause and to oppose the bail application preferred by the accused person. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The application is allowed.
