By filing this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seek direction to second Respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's Revision Application No. RTS/3614/ 5944/PRAKRA.52/5-JA as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing second Respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's Revision Application, if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible but not later than Vishal Parekar 1/2
