After arguing for some time, as the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the age of the victim girl i.e. 3 years 8 months at the time of the incident and having regard to the fact that the case is of the year 2017, the trial of the applicant is expedited, lest, she SQ Pathan 1/2

ba.2518.18.13.doc forgets the incident. The learned Judge shall decide the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
