After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
It appears that the applicant is in custody for about 2 years. Considering the same, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge shall conduct the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within 8 months from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that if for not fault of the applicant, the trial does not conclude within the stipulated period, the applicant is at liberty to renew his request for bail. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
