Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on the basis of the instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to pursue Civil Suit already instituted by the Petitioner in the City Civil Court, Dindoshi. 2.

Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. It is made clear that the pending Civil Suit will be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. All contentions of all parties in the said Civil Suit are kept expressly open. (M.S.
