By this civil application, the applicant seeks transposition of the respondent no.2 as appellant no.4. It is the case of the applicant that the respondent no.2 is the daughter of the appellant no.1 and thus shall be transposed as appellant no.4. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by any of the respondents.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the first appeal shall be served upon the respondents' advocate within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. No order as to costs.
