9.ba2142.15.sxw Nerul Police Station has filed report that the applicant was a habitual offender and in the past he had kidnapped minor girl and sold and he is an accused in Crime No. 465 of 2011 and 33 of 2015. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. However, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane seized with the Sessions Case No. 253 of 2015 is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible within 9 months from the date of framing of charge.
