The petitioner approaches this Court being aggrieved by the order of respondent - Scrutiny Committee dated 12th August 2015 thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner of belonging to Julaha - OBC.

2] A perusal of the impugned order would reveal that the documents placed on record by the petitioner and his forefathers show the caste of the petitioner and his forefathers to be Muslim

3] In that view of the matter, we do not find any error committed by the Committee in rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Petition is therefore, rejected.
