By this civil application the applicants seek restoration of the second appeal along with civil application described in prayer clause (a) of the civil application. Learned counsel for the applicants has agreed to comply with the order dated 8th October, 2015 within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicants are granted two weeks time to remove all the office objections. It is made clear that if all the office objections are not removed within two weeks, Second Appeal No.2 of 2015 along with 1/2
