Ms. Mailagir holding on behalf Mr. Haresh J. Lulia submits that Advocate Mr. Haresh Lulia is out of India and thus sought adjournment.

The applicant is seeking restoration of Second Appeal which came to be dismissed in view of the self-operative order dated 21st August, 2014 passed by the Registrar for non-removal of office objections.

This application was filed on 3rd November, 2014. It appears no steps were taken by the applicant since 2014 for the restoration of Appeal since then. The reasons stated in para-8 of the application are not at all sufficient to

In that view of the matter, the Civil Application is dismissed with no order as to costs and disposed of accordingly.
