The Petitioner, who is a member of Serenity Shree Sai Wings A, D, E, F Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, has filed this petition making grievance that the order dated 5 April 2016 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, MHADA, Mumbai is not complied with even though the same was confirmed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-op. Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai in the order dated 30 October 2017.

The Petitioner has not joined the Co-operative Society or any other officer of the State Government or the State Government as a party Respondent except the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies. It is informed to us that the Petitioner has filed almost 77 complaints on the subject matter. As the subject matter pertains to non-compliance of the officer of the Co-operative Department, the Petitioner will have to approach these authorities, and not to use writ jurisdiction for execution of the orders of the Co-operative authorities.
