Since the applicants have been acquitted by the judgment and order dated 23rd September, 2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Sessions Case No.136/2011, learned counsel for the applicants prays for the refund of the amount of `7,50,000/-. Counsel for respondent No.2 has also no objection if the applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of `7,50,000/- along with interest, if any. The application is allowed in the above terms.
