P. C. :
Learned AGP at the outset placed on record the communication dated 30/12/2017 by Additional Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Mumbai. The same is taken on record. In the light of the instructions given in the said communication, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that his grievance raised in the petition no more survives for consideration. He accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for is granted. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. All points and contentions of the parties are kept open. [SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.] [RANJIT MORE, J.] Talwalkar
