P.C. :- These Civil Applications are sought to be moved by the Applicant - State to dispose off the Writ Petitions on the ground that the Respondents are absorbed on permanent basis and they had no grievance left.

The Learned Counsel for the Respondents pointed out that appointment order dated 9 November 2012 states that the Respondents are appointed on temporary basis. On the earlier occasion, last chance was given to the Applicant - State to explain the anomaly, however no steps have been taken.

Unless the Applicant - State demonstrates by issuing appropriate orders that the Respondents have been absorbed on permanent basis, these Civil Applications cannot be considered.
