The learned Counsel for applicant makes a statement that the respondent has been served and affidavit of service has been filed. In pursuance of orders dated 20/07/2015 and 26/08/2015, the applicant has deposited costs of Rs.50,000/-. In such circumstances, it is clarified that the applicant shall be entitled to file his written statement within a period of two weeks from today. Such written statement may be taken on record and the suit shall proceed with. 2.

With the aforesaid directions/clarifications, this Civil Application is disposed of.
