This is an application seeking regular bail in Crime No. 299 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant was subjected to custodial investigation. Investigation in the matter is almost complete. There are no criminal antecedents. Crime is economic in nature. The amount is already secured by the Investigating Agency. In my opinion, further custody is not necessary. In view thereof, the case is made out for the bail. 3.

The applicant is released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and influence the witnesses. The applicant shall appear before the Trial Court regularly. The applicant's absence before the Trial Court would entail him for cancellation of bail. [N. W. SAMBRE, J.] 1/1
