This Civil Application is for expeditious hearing of the Second Appeal. The Applicant is the Original Respondent to the Second Appeal and a senior citizen. There is a decree of possession passed in his favour. It is submitted that the appeal is admitted in the absence of the Applicant herein.

The hearing of the Second Appeal is expedited. The appeal to come up on the board for hearing in the week commencing from 17 April 2017.
