This is an application for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, by Order 25.6.2013 in BA NO.1069 of 2013. The learned counsesl appearing for respondent No.2 on instructions submitted that in the present case the trial has already commenced and one witness has already been examined by the Trial Court. In view thereof, I do not find any reason to cancel the bail granted to respondent No.2 on 25.6.2013. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
