The Learned AGP has tendered a letter dated 16th February, 2022 addressed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi to the Tahsildar, Bhiwandi / Talathi Saja fixing the hearing on 2nd March, 2022. The said letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Copies of the letter are also forwarded to the Advocates for the parties. 2.

The hearing shall take place on 2nd March, 2022 as fixed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi when the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.4 to 7 will be heard and after considering oral as well as written submissions, if any, an order shall be passed by

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.
