This is an application seeking relaxation of conditions imposed upon the applicants vide order dated 16/07/2014 at the time of enlargement on bail by this Court (Coram: Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J.). 2) Learned APP upon instructions submits that applicants herein have abided by the order dated 16/07/2014. It is also submitted by learned APP that charge-sheet is filed. This Court vide order dated 16/07/2014 had directed the ism

3) Taking into consideration the facts of present case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed upon the applicants to attend concerned police station on every Friday between 6.00 pm to 07.00 pm. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a'. (ii) Condition no. 2 imposed by this Court vide Order dated 16/07/2014 is hereby relaxed.

(iii) Applicants shall report to the police station as and when called. (iv) Application stands disposed of.
