The breach alleged is of order dated 5th May, 2011. The learned AGP has placed on record a copy of letter dated 23rd September, 2011 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division. This letter shows that direction of this Court is complied with. Hence, Contempt Petition is disposed of. Notice issued on 16th January, 2012 is discharged.
