The breach alleged is of the order dated 5th May, 2011, passed by this Court in Writ Petition NO.3365 of 2011. There is an affidavit filed by Shri Shyam Wardhane, Collector, District Sangli. A copy of the letter dated 19th September, 2011, has been annexed to the said affidavit. Hence, substantial compliance has been made with the order dated 5th May, 2011. No case of any willful disobedience of order of this court is made out. Accordingly, the notice issued on 16th January, 2012 is discharged. The contempt petition is disposed of.
