Heard Mr. Merchant, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saste, the learned APP for the State/Respondent.

The petition is fled seeking direction to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's reports, copies of which are annexed at Exhibits 'D', 'F' and 'K'.

We have perused the said reports. There is a dispute between two groups of Central Council Committee of National Sports Club of India. Both the groups claim authority to manage and control over the affairs of the said club. 4.

In the above circumstances, especially in view of the decision of the Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. State of Uttar 1/2

908-WP4966-19.DOC Pradesh & ors.,1 we dispose of the petition by directing the Senior Police Inspector, Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai, to look into the grievances made in the said reports lodged by the petitioner and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within seven days from the date of receipt of this order.
