1] The Applicant is apprehending his arrest in CR No. 972/2022 registered with Sakinaka Police Station which invoke offence under Section 498A, 354, 504, 506, 323, read with 34 of the IPC. He is served with notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. on 28.07.2022. 2] The learned APP on the instructions of the Investigating Officer PSI B.D. Chavan states that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary to carry out further investigation. 3] The above statement is accepted.

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.972/2022 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, the applicant Ratankumar Subhash Maurya shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 01.11.2022 between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
