By this application, the applicant has sought restoration of the First Appeal which was dismissed for non removal of the office objections as per the order dated 27th June, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II).

Ms. Chaitrali A. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant states that the office objections will be removed within a period of one week from the date of this order. Statement is accepted. 3.

In the light of said statement and in view of the reasons stated in
