Applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.378 of 2018, registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 504, 506(2), 427, 442 read with 114 of Indian Penal Code (For short "IPC"). Apparently, there is dispute between both the parties. It is alleged that the applicant has assaulted the complainant by wooden log.

Learned APP submits that the applicant has attended the police station during the pendency of this application. Considering the factual aspects of the matter, interim order dated 28th September, 2018 is required to be confirmed.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Interim order dated 28th September, 2018 is confirmed. Anticipatory Bail Application No.2021 of 2018, is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with C.R. No.378 of 2018, registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, he may be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application and Criminal Application both stand disposed of;
