Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.998 of 2021 registered with L. T. Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 380, 457 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.
The bone of contention between the complainant and the applicant is the property of the Public Trust which is managed by the complainant, his other brother and mother. 3.
The applicant alleged to have removed, slip books, receipt books and cash of Rs.3,00,000/- in November, 2019. 4.

In the aforesaid background, in my opinion, applicant' s custodial interrogation is not warranted.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.998 of 2021 registered with L. T. Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 380, 457 r/w 34 of IPC, applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 27th December, 2021 to 30th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. 9, Till the charge is framed applicant shall not enter the property in question.

As such, application stands disposed of.
