Mr.Rayrikar, learned A.G.P. for the respondents on instructions states that the appeals bearing RTS Nos.173 of 2015 and 650 of 2015 filed by the petitioners before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer would be disposed of within two months from the date of first hearing on its own merit. This Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

Till disposal of the said two appeals and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the said order that would be passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer if the same is adverse against the petitioners, the ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 1/2
2-wpst28987-17.doc 18th May, 2018 in terms of prayer clause (d) as well as directing the respondents not to take any further steps pursuant to the proclamation notice dated 17th July, 2018 for the land bearing survey no.1185-A of village Wagholi to continue.

The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer on 31st July, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. without fail. If for any reason the date and time fixed by this Court is not convenient to the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, an earliest convenient date shall be conveyed to the petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties as well as the Authorities to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
