Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 4 has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the petition. He submitted that an alternate remedy of preferring an appeal before the Dy. Superintendent of Land Records is available to the Petitioner, and as such, therefore, petition is not maintainable. We find some substance in the objection raised by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 4. Writ petition, therefore, is disposed of reserving the right of the Petitioner to take recourse for an alternate remedy, which is available in law.
