This is an Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed by the Applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 107 of 2019 registered with the D. N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
