1) The Petitioner has impugned the Order dated 23rd August 2023 passed by the Appellate Authority and Order dated 19th June 2023 passed by Competent Authority rejecting his application for Parol Leave, JYOTI RAJESH MANE on the ground of ailment of his mother.

2) Mr.Jalinder Supekar, Special Inspector General of Police by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.02.05 14:47:48 +0530 (HQ), Pune has filed an affidavit dated 5th December 2023. In para No.9 thereof it is stated that, mother of the Petitioner has passed away. That, the Petitioner was released on emergency death parole to attend the funeral and for carrying out necessary religious rights of his mother. 3) In view of the above, the ground for release of the Petitioner 1/2
